More than three decades of happy, water-safe swimmers
Since 1988, Mariaan Swim School has taught children water safety skills and coached many in all four strokes.
- About three to four learners per instructor, so every child gets professional, personal attention.
- Learners are grouped by age and/or swimming ability, and two instructors normally teach at the same time.
- A minimum of 40 minutes per week, or two 20-minute sessions depending on your child's age and abilities.

We collect from selected nursery and primary schools (after school) in the Centurion area. See pickup days →
Why it matters
On average, three children drown in South Africa every day.
Swimming is a life skill. We adapt every lesson to each child's needs and abilities, so most learners become water safe within six months to a year.

Tiny groups

Babies to big kids
Specialised baby swimming (PBSTA), with a parent in the pool for children under two.
Heated indoor pool
A clear, indoor pool kept at about 31 °C all year, with change rooms on site.
Qualified & CPR-certified
Five highly qualified instructors, registered with Swim South Africa and Northern Tigers Swimming.
